No seriously… Gloucestershire could be a target of terrorism…
Maybe someone could unfurl a banner which could some how destroy GCHQ? Maybe a pesky swampy lookalike activist might not wash for a while and end up culturing a new strain of Anthrax in their underarms?! or maybe one of these animal rights extremists who have never taken a life might somehow use harsh words which might change someones viewpoint inadvertently removing profit from exploitative companies. Either way they are a threat to national security and will have to be counter terrorised using taxpayer money!
